Matteo Daste

Matteo Daste is a shareholder resident in the San Francisco office of Buchalter Nemer, his law practice focuses on Corporate Finance and Securities Transactions. He has counseled, over the years, a number of entities and institutions, both private and public, in capital-raising transactions and reorganizations. He has assisted clients in structuring, negotiating and conducting private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities as well as corporate governance, corporate structure and operational matters. Matteo is a founding member of BAIA (Business Association Italy America), and sits on the Board of Directors of two technology startups and three nonprofit organizations, including the Mind the Bridge Foundation.
