Intervieweb develops and offers an application for the management of human resources recruitment and selection, covering all stages of this process, from the employer branding up to performance of job interviews. Our idea is the will to increase efficiency and quality of the recruiting activities through an online software , accessible anytime and anywhere, able to provide the tools for each task that human resources managers do to ensure the best human capital to their company. Virtual promotion of recruiting campaigns, publication of job offers, collection of CVs through the company career site, research of profiles in private database or in a wider pool offerd by Intervieweb, assessment of candidates with dynamic testing, tracking and sharing the selection process with colleagues, conducting the first interviews/ assessment via videoconference with a tool integrated in the system are the main features of our HR management system. Our clients are companies, career services and employer agencies. Our team develops and integrates the application every day, enriching it with more new features thanks to the experience we do with new customers; our tech team members are also acquiring new skills in developing mobile and social networking applications for potential future evolutions of the software, particularly in the relationship between manager and candidate. One of our short-term goals is to enlarge the sales team in order to strengthen our customer base to ensure the growing solidity of the company.
