ERIS4 has developed a solution to enable telco and media operators to dramatically increase ARPU and customer base without any need of big infrastructure investments or major system replacements.
We can do that by providing patentable software implementing the first real-time multi-value dynamic transaction engine on the market (designated as WARP4). Each time a customer makes an action on one of the operator’s channels (regardless of the action or channel type), WARP4 coherently adjusts the customer state, calculates simultaneously any possible value of that action and triggers any possible event that can result from that. The goal is to dynamically evaluate, by using the operator’s own policies, the best thing to do to generate new business for the operator. Everything is carried out in real-time to keep a direct contact with the customer who is performing the action. By using such an approach, it is possible to provide customers with win-win transaction proposals or, much better, win-win-win proposals which involve also operator partners.
TERIS4 has already customers in several European countries including a tier-1 operator that is using WARP4 to generate two streams of revenue: from traditional services and from partners. For instance, when subscribers perform specific actions, they are immediately rewarded by downloading them free contents supplied by partners (e.g. movies, podcasts). Subscribers’ feedbacks on these contents are again immediately rewarded by providing other bonuses. Feedbacks, in turn, are aggregated in specific profiling data and sold to the partners in order to enhance product placements in their contents.

ERIS4 is addressing a rapidly growing market which will exceed 30B$ in 3 years. Founders team has already managed one successfully software startup and is seeking funds to become a global player. Funds will be mainly used for sales & marketing (50%) and for R&D (25%). Further funds might be required if HQ relocation in USA is required by investors.
